The Town Hall. The oldest piece of civil architecture in Tallinn

“It is the only surviving medieval town hall in the Baltic republics. Its construction was started on 1371–1374 and was completed in 1404. In the Middle Ages Town Hall Square was the pivot of the town’s life.”
